We're slaves of existence (slaves of being).
So what is our role not only in the cosmos, but within the essence of existence, within the unknown force which comprises and controls "everything"?
Are we ment to be good for something?
Are we "just there" - do we merely exist?
Are we being taken good care of?
Is it imagineable that we serve a "bad" purpose?
What, after all and intrinsically, is "purpose"??
The number of question marks never diminishes.
On the contrary, it's ever increasing the more we find out about things, like a hydra.
I, for my person, have long since dismissed the "first generation of humankind" explanations like the first chapter in the Bible.
And still, it's amazing how many of the old tales still make sense. Do we have a God Gene in us (not of the God which is element of the bible). Is the assumption of the Dark Energy bringing us closer to an understanding?
Can we even comprise the whole thing with our limited human sensors and human computers (our brains), which evolved from the special environment here on earth, and help explain why and how things work on earth, but are useless to explain the whole huge cosmos, of which some 95 % might be beyond our reach (invisible and imperceptible)?
???
