Olympus mju II film

My new Olympus mju II compact 35mm film camera has arrived! In champagne silver, a beautiful little piece!
What made me buy a film camera in the digital age: Well I had given my old Olympus away thinking I´d no longer hassle with film.
Not so. I came to the conclusion that I missed the camera and regretted having given her away.
I like the new one even better with its nice silver finish, bought at eBay. It came with a film and a battery and a case. My compliments to the seller, who wrapped up everything with so much care! Rudolph photography.

I wouldn´t have imagined that twitter would play an ever increasing role in my life. twitter´s business model works! And we need to credit them for connecting people worldwide, just like blogger and flickr and all the chat rooms.

Perfect photos

I don´t think it´s always necessary to have the latest, most expensive, best equipment around to take successful and impressive photos.

I see it like this:

Imagine you have bad eye sight, and go to the woods and see a wonderful fairy walk around, all shapes so smooth and colours so balanced and beautiful.
Now you go on and get your spectacles and put them on your nose: blergh, what a sight: pimples everywhere, rashes, wrinkles. The fairy might even have turned into a witch after all.

You take off your glasses again and enjoy, what a perfect image!

We´re indeed all growing together, because of blogger, flickr, facebook, twitter, and so on.
I feel I need to make an overview showing a network of people who are intertwined via the data paths of the internet, and I´m part of the texture, too.

This has changed my life and my behaviour towards strangers enormeously, to the good!

Life can be so natural!

This is a real life scene in the streets of Vega de San Mateo in Gran Canaria (GC, as some of you know, is one of my abodes in this world).

There are several subjects around, most of them female, but all without clothes, due to the heat, haha.

It´s the most natural thing to see someone beautiful sitting there and milk a goat.

When will we see the first living goat?????
