I'll be a hundred and ten in the not too distant future, the old ship's got a few blotches, but she's still on course!

...On getting old, and more...

Good health is most important, the older one gets. Yet we can´t buy it, but we can do a lot to improve health, to regenerate. I´ve tried "self-healing" several times, obviously with success. How shall I describe the process? Best in this way: Take, for example, your right thumb, and concentrate and focus all your thoughts heavily on just that right thumb. After a while, I can feel how the thumb starts tickling, getting warm from the inside! It´s like pinpointing the power of your thoughts to the spot of your body which you want to get some improvement from an aching. Like hovering a looking glass above it, concentrating all the light in just one spot in the region. I don´t know what it is; we might call it self-hypnosis, a concentration of thoughts on a spot, whatever. This certainly isn´t a form of any hokuspokus, you might know how scientifically driven I am. I think it is just using the self-healing capabilities of our body. I sometimes have severe problems with getting older, btw, mainly probably because I have replaced the old father-in-heaven wisdom, which has guided us humans for so long, with the modern knowledge of evolution, nature, and the complexity of life. I´m trying to find my position in this scenario, and I seem to have arrived at a point where I think that we might undergo billions of life-cycles during the existence of the universe; not restricted to one form of life here on earth, but basically to all possible forms of life everywhere in the universe.
